During this live session, Stone and Conerly will provide valuable insights and analysis on the current state of the economy and its impact on the housing market, delve into the latest economic data and trends, and offer predictions for the upcoming quarter and the balance of 2023. Discussion topics will include the ongoing threats of a recession and government policies on the economy, the outlook for home sales and prices, and predictions for how long inflation will last.

“We’ll also talk about how long interest rates stay up and how the real estate market copes, and this uncertainty will stimulate a lively conversation,” Conerly said.
