Dan Bailey

EVP Operations

Dan Bailey is a seasoned settlement services professional who has been building high performing teams and delivering superior service to his clients for over 10 years. Dan is a licensed New York and Pennsylvania attorney who got his start in the settlement services industry as a compliance officer with a national title insurer. After two years as compliance officer, Dan moved into operations assuming the role of Vice President of Operations. Since then, Dan has continued to progress throughout his career assuming positions of greater responsibility with Lenders First Choice, Equifax Settlement Services, and CCS Title Agency. Prior to joining WFG Lender Services, Dan served as the product manager for ISGN, gaining valuable experience on product management and software development.

David Wilson

EVP Sales

David Wilson has 24 years of experience in the mortgage and settlement services industry, most recently serving as VP, Sales with Equifax Settlement Services. Before that, he spent six years with Lender's First Choice, a national settlement services provider, as its Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He also spent 17 years with national settlement services provider LSI, most recently as Senior Vice President of National Sales.

Lee Kube

Lee's career spans 15 years, having worked with title agencies, vendor management companies and Equifax before joining WFG Lender Services. In that period, he has been involved with processing, closing, account representation and supervision in assisting his clients. Throughout, he has maintained his priority of building produtive and positive work environments to the benefit of clients and peers. Community invovlement is important to Lee, and he regularly volunteers at Hope Fellowship of McKinney with his family. He attented West Texas A&M before launching his career.

Janice McCreary

Janice came to WFG with 35 years of experience in the title, escrow and bank servicing fields. Her career began with California Land Title back in the late 70’s, where she was a title officer. She then joined one of the nation’s largest underwriters, where spent 14 years as a title officer. Janice has a background in Residential, REO and Commercial title insurance. Janice later served another of the nation’s largest underwriters as its Operations Manager at its Glendale Residential office. She then joined Landsafe Title as V.P.-National REO Escrow Manager before moving to a VP position with the Office of the CEO and President of Bank of America. During that period, Janice managed a staff handling national complaints from the CFPB, Attorney Generals and the public. When she’s not supporting staff and clients at WFG, Janice is the President of her Home Owners’ Association. She enjoys hiking, theatre and traveling, and is working hard to learn and speak conversational French.

Marie's strong time management and problem solving skills make her a valuable resource for WFGLS customers of all sizes. With over ten years of experience in the lender services industry, Marie worked from the ground up within the sales and marketing department of a major national service provider designing, implementing, and supporting a Performance Management Process that enhanced customer service by allowing teams to focus on client specific objectives. Marie also has experience within the financial industry as an operations manager and project manager Marie currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA and has a BA in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Bryan began his career with Lenders First Choice as a regional sales director. From there, he joined Equifax Settlement Services to serve as its National Sales Director, before joining WFG Lender Services in his current role in 2010. Throughout his career, he has epitomized the principle that the client always comes first, and has worked diligently to demonstrate this with each and every transaction. Bryan is a graduate of Auburn University.

Erin has been serving clients in the title insurance industry for over 20 years. She takes pride in keeping her clients informed as well as ensuring that they receive impeccable service on each and every transaction. Before coming to WFG Lender Services, she worked with one of the nation's largest title and mortgage services companies for 13 years. She has also worked with several independent title agencies in California. Erin uses that wide range of experience to support her clients and believes strongly that her clients' success is WFG's success.

Tammy is a seasoned business developer and accomplished leader who has delivered results for clients and inspired change in the mortgage industry for over 27 years. She has proven to be a tremendous resource for clients and partners in the areas of strategic selling, marketing, coaching and consulting. Tammy also has a long history of successfully helping clients to drive down costs and increase time savings—all by applying the best practices of listening, learning and then delivering. Tammy joined WFG in its very first year of existence to help build the client footprint with Oregon lenders. Within four years, she had contributed to the company’s 20% market share growth from 0 % with local lenders. In 2015, Tammy was promoted to National Sales Director for WFG’s Lender Services Division. With the utilization of WFG’s technology to expedite title, settlement and appraisal services, client NPS scores have improved up to 30% and days to close shortened by two weeks. Before joining WFG, Tammy held multiple leadership and managerial roles between 1985 – 2010 including Retail Branch Manager for US Bank, Sales and Customer Service Manager at one of the industry’s largest title underwriters and Executive Life and Business Coach at Building Champions, and as a Guest Speaker for Todd Duncan Sales Mastery & John Maxwell Injoy events. She enjoys mentoring and investing in university student leaders through Mentors360.
