Smart marketing materials update themselves

By January 27, 2015 One Comment

Real estate marketing firm Imprev Inc. has signed up its first Coldwell Banker Real Estate affiliate to the automated version of its platform since signing a mega-deal with the franchisor in September.

Under last fall’s franchise-wide deal, all Coldwell Banker affiliates have access to Imprev’s suite of marketing items including digital flyers, websites and videos. But San Diego County-based Coldwell Banker West‘s decision to upgrade gives its 350 agents the ability to automate some of the Imprev platform’s capabilities.

For example, Coldwell Banker West agents can set up one of their listings with a digital flyer or single-property website and know that it will be automatically updated if there’s a price change or content is added to the property’s description.

“We know that the best leads come from our agent’s sphere of influence and direct marketing efforts, and with our new automated marketing system we are confident that our agents will generate more high-quality leads,” said Cory Shepard, general manager of Coldwell Banker West, in a statement.

Imprev worked with Coldwell Banker West to customize portions of its platform to reflect its brand and to help promote its mortgage and escrow partners, Shepard said. Agents access the materials from Coldwell Banker’s eMarketing center.
