Back office system helps brokers gauge customer satisfaction

By January 28, 2015 One Comment

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. has completed an integration with agent review platform RealSatisfied, enabling brokers to automatically invite their agents’ clients to fill out a RealSatisfied customer satisfaction survey whenever a transaction closes.

The integration with Lone Wolf’s back office broker management system, brokerWOLF, “reduces data entry, saving brokerages time, while ensuring surveys are sent in every appropriate situation,” Brian Friemel, Lone Wolf’s vice president of partner services, in a statement.

Currently, Lone Wolf services nearly 10,000 real estate offices and almost 250,000 agents across North America.

RealSatisfied sends out client surveys at the close of every transaction. Completed surveys are uploaded to broker and agent dashboards for review.

The platform has gained traction in the real estate industry over the last year.

Last year, RealSatisfied signed up Realogy franchisor Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. This month, it announced a deal with BHGRE’s larger Realogy cousin Century 21 Real Estate.

Lone Wolf has also recently acquired Millennium Real Estate Solutions Inc., owner of a domain management system used by real estate boards and associations for management of all member listing data.
