Tis the season for handwritten postcards

Wax-Seal-Postcards

Handwritten Postcards with Wax Seal

Introducing innovation to the greeting card industry is no small task, but that’s exactly what the folks behind Fountain Greetings have set out to do.

FG offers a process to “modernize the greeting and gifting industry and bring back the lost art of the handwritten-card.”

Comic Themed Greeting CardThe process is fairly simple. You choose from Fountain Greetings’ various selection of stationery which includes everything from generic blank cards to congratulatory, thank you and even some random comic themed POW! cards (my personal favorite, seen to the right).

Next, you’re walked through the process of crafting your message, addressing the card and choosing wether or not you’d like to include a wax seal (it’s FREE, so go for it!) on the envelope.

Next you can choose if you’d like to send “extras” which range from chocolate bars to a homemade gin kit. Prices are very reasonable too!

Finally, you’re taken to the review phase where you can verify your message is correct and choose to send the card/gift immediately or dispatch on a certain date. Note: they also ask to allow for an additional 3 days for delivery within the US, just incase you’re trying to pre-schedule cards for closing gifts, or birthdays.

We know everyone loves receiving a greeting card… but actually taking the time to find a nice card, writing legibly, and mailing it out? That’s another story for a lot of us. So, why not let Fountain Greetings handle it for you?
