Brad Andersohn, former national outreach manager at Zillow, has joined eXp Realty International Corp. to lead an online agent training and support platform for the cloud-based brokerage.

As the director of education and industry outreach at eXp Realty, Andersohn will lead a digital training program that will be available to all real estate pros. Additional details about the program have not been released.

Andersohn spoke around the country, hosted webinars and podcasts, and filmed videos for agents in his four-year stint as the director of the Zillow Academy, a Zillow initiative geared to coaching agents on how to get the most out of the portal. He left Zillow in October, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Before joining Zillow in 2010, Andersohn served for two years as a community manager at the real estate pro blog network ActiveRain. He previously worked for 21 years in the sales and marketing department at First American Title Services.

“Together, our industry outreach initiatives at eXp will allow me to reach out to agents and brokers in a more supportive yet personal and interactive way,” Andersohn said in a statement. “They also provide me the resources and tools needed to continue providing support training, education and tools that help ensure growth and success for industry professionals.”

Andersohn gave his first official presentation at eXp today at a firm event. It was live-streamed on YouTube.

Bellingham, Washington-based eXp Realty currently has agents in 30 states and parts of Canada. The firm bills itself as a full-service virtual brokerage, providing the tools for agents to do their work without coming into an office.
