Dan Bailey is a seasoned settlement services professional who has been building high performing teams and delivering superior service to his clients for over 10 years. Dan is a licensed New York and Pennsylvania attorney who got his start in the settlement services industry as a compliance officer with a national title insurer. After two years as compliance officer, Dan moved into operations assuming the role of Vice President of Operations. Since then, Dan has continued to progress throughout his career assuming positions of greater responsibility with Lenders First Choice, Equifax Settlement Services, and CCS Title Agency.
Prior to joining WFG Lender Services, Dan served as the product manager for ISGN, gaining valuable experience on product management and software development.
David Wilson has 24 years of experience in the mortgage and settlement services industry, most recently serving as VP, Sales with Equifax Settlement Services. Before that, he spent six years with Lender's First Choice, a national settlement services provider, as its Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He also spent 17 years with national settlement services provider LSI, most recently as Senior Vice President of National Sales.

As an accomplished senior executive & military veteran with more than 26 years of success across the financial services. Matt has extensive experience in turnarounds for mortgage and residential real estate companies, Matt’s developed value for companies seeking assistance with organic revenue and profitability growth. Matt’s broad areas of expertise include operations, sales, marketing, information technology, business intelligence, and executive leadership roles. Recent experience includes a Principal role with SBI a management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing, Chronos Solutions, Carrington Mortgage Holdings, REDC Default Solutions now known as TenX, and JP Morgan Chase.
Bryan White has joined WFGLS as our VP of Operations in Westlake Village, CA. Bryan brings his experience and drive for operational excellence, inhabiting the core values of our Three C’s. He is Lean Greenbelt certified and has 14 years of high volume national title and settlement operations management experience. Not only does he possess extensive BPO knowledge, but has worked hand in hand with the top ten national mortgage lenders.
Janice came to WFG with 35 years of experience in the title, escrow and bank servicing fields. Her career began with California Land Title back in the late 70’s, where she was a title officer. She then joined one of the nation’s largest underwriters, where spent 14 years as a title officer. Janice has a background in Residential, REO and Commercial title insurance.
Janice later served another of the nation’s largest underwriters as its Operations Manager at its Glendale Residential office. She then joined Landsafe Title as V.P.-National REO Escrow Manager before moving to a VP position with the Office of the CEO and President of Bank of America. During that period, Janice managed a staff handling national complaints from the CFPB, Attorney Generals and the public.
When she’s not supporting staff and clients at WFG, Janice is the President of her Home Owners’ Association. She enjoys hiking, theatre and traveling, and is working hard to learn and speak conversational French.
Bob Lohr has 30 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. He spent 15 years at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Co. as a Regional Underwriting Manager and National Training Director. He has been in the title and closing services industry since 2000, where he has specialized in business process management and systems implementations. Prior to joining WFGLS, Bob held similar positions at Lenders First Choice and BridgeSpan Title Company.
Steve is the Vice President over Vendor Management for WFG Lender Services. Steve has been in the financial services industry for over 28 years with over 4 years of executive management level in the title insurance industry. Prior to joining WFG, Steve was the Operations Director at Stewart Title over their Centralized Title Services platform that served national and regional lenders. Steve joined Stewart after a 17 year career at Bank of America in which he held several escalating roles in managing operations including Bank of America’s captive title company, LandSafe, and Bank of America’s National Title Platform. Steve is a graduate from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Lee's career spans 15 years, having worked with title agencies, vendor management companies and Equifax before joining WFG Lender Services. In that period, he has been involved with processing, closing, account representation and supervision in assisting his clients. Throughout, he has maintained his priority of building produtive and positive work environments to the benefit of clients and peers. Community invovlement is important to Lee, and he regularly volunteers at Hope Fellowship of McKinney with his family. He attented West Texas A&M before launching his career.
Lisa has more than 18 years of experience in the national title insurance services industry. She makes use of that experience every day as she focuses on taking time and cost from the real estate transaction. Lisa has held several leadership roles, specializing in title, curative, policy, post-closing and open order. Lisa began her title career in 1996 with LandSafe Title as an operations assistant. She took on similar leadership positions at BridgeSpan Title Company starting in 2000. More recently, she was the national title curative manager before coming to WFG Lender Services. Lisa received her Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of South Florida.
